Quick answers to common questions. Still need help? Contact us.

How do I buy? (Use the quantity +/– buttons to add to cart)
  1. Open the product you want.
  2. Press the + button to add it to your cart. Each tap adds one. Use to reduce.
  3. The cart drawer usually opens automatically. If not, tap the cart icon at the top or visit /cart.
  4. Review your items and proceed to Checkout.
No “Add to cart” button? That’s normal on our theme — the quantity buttons do the adding. If nothing adds, refresh the page and try again, or contact us.
Are you connected to “Tewah Supply Co Pty Ltd”?

No. Teewah Supply Co is an independent business and has no relationship or affiliation with Tewah Supply Co Pty Ltd (a separate entity that is not trading). Any enquiries about that company should be directed to its former owners or the relevant registry.

Where’s the cart and how do I check out?

After you press +, the cart opens automatically. If it doesn’t, use the cart icon or go to /cart. Then hit Checkout and follow the prompts.

Tip: Need multiples? Press + several times or adjust quantity in the cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and accelerated checkout options (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prefer another method? Contact us and we’ll try to help.

What’s your returns & warranty policy?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Faulty on arrival? We’ll repair, replace or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, include your order number and a brief description via our contact form.

Can you recommend a kit for my trip?

Yes — tell us your vehicle, group size and nights. Our Ready-to-Roll Kits cover recovery, air, shelter and sundown add-ons. We can customise any kit.

What PSI should I run on the beach?

Most 4x4s run 16–20 PSI on soft sand. Deflate before the sand, drive smoothly, and re-inflate before the bitumen.

  • Carry a tyre gauge and compressor.
  • Use recovery boards and a rated recovery point if bogged.
  • Check local conditions and tide times before you go.
